Our Bonuses, Terms and Numbers

This page lists every promotion we run at Levelup Casino, with the exact percentages, limits and wagering requirements attached to each. No fine print buried below, just the numbers you need before you opt in.

Welcome Package Numbers

Your first deposit gets a 100% match, and the package splits across your first four deposits up to a total of 12,000 AUD with 300 free spins included. The minimum deposit to start is 2 AUD and no promo code is needed, the offer activates automatically when you qualify.

Ongoing Promotions We Run

Beyond the welcome package we keep a regular calendar of offers running. These change in exact size from week to week, so check the promotions tab in your account for the current version of each deal.

• Weekly free spins on selected pokies
• Weekend reload bonus on deposits made Saturday and Sunday
• Cashback of up to 10% on losses
• Slot tournaments with prize pools
• Prize drops on eligible games

VIP Program and Level Perks

Our VIP program runs on multiple tiers. You earn comp points as you play, and each level-up brings its own reward. Higher tiers unlock a personal VIP manager, higher withdrawal limits and exclusive bonuses not available to standard accounts.

There is no separate sign-up for the program. Your play earns points automatically from your first real-money wager, and your tier adjusts as your point total grows.

How You Claim a Bonus

Claiming takes a few minutes from registration. Follow the steps below for the welcome package; ongoing promotions follow the same pattern from the promotions tab.

• Create your account and verify your email address
• Deposit at least 2 AUD using any of our deposit methods, including PayID and crypto
• The welcome bonus activates automatically, no promo code required
• Open the eligible game to use your free spins
• Track remaining wagering in the bonus section of your account

How Wagering Works Here

Wagering means you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before it converts to withdrawable cash. Our standard requirement is 40x, with 7 days to complete it.

Here is a worked example with real numbers. If you claim 100 AUD in bonus funds, you must place 4,000 AUD in total bets (100 x 40) within 7 days. Once that turnover is met, the bonus and any winnings from it move to your cash balance. Fail to finish in time and the bonus plus winnings from it are removed.

Bonus Terms You Should Know

Every promotion at Levelup Casino carries the same core conditions. Read these before opting in so nothing catches you off guard mid-wager.

• Bonus validity is 7 days from activation
• Wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount
• There is no fixed maximum win on the welcome package; standard withdrawal limits of 6,000 AUD per day, 12,000 AUD per week and 24,000 AUD per month apply
• Minimum deposit for the welcome offer is 2 AUD; minimum withdrawal is 30 AUD
• Game contribution varies by title; check the bonus terms in your account for the contribution table for the specific offer
• Restricted-country players are not eligible for any promotion

Do You Need a Code

No. We do not use promo codes for the welcome package or for our standard ongoing promotions. Bonuses activate automatically once you meet the deposit or opt-in condition for the specific offer. If a special tournament or prize drop ever requires a code, it will be shown on the promotion page itself with the entry steps beside it.
